What is Cyberduck?¶
Cyberduck is a free, open-source tool for connecting to your research storage — such as Yoda and Research Drive — from your own computer. Once connected, it works like a regular folder: drag and drop files to upload or download, no command line needed. It supports WebDAV, SFTP, S3, and other protocols, making it a flexible option for transferring data between your local machine and your research storage space.

- Checksum verification — confirms that a file arrived intact and wasn't corrupted during transfer, especially useful for large research datasets.
